My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room smelled like dirty water, had missing tiles, and bugs crawling around. The noise from the neighboring room's pipes and the day crew disrupted my sleep. The TV remote didn't work, the breakfast was terrible, and the ice machine was broken. Definitely not worth the rating it claims to have.
